What we collect
When you use a KojinBots service, we collect the minimum information needed to operate it: your Discord user ID, server IDs you grant access to, configuration you set, and the events your bot needs to act on (messages flagged for moderation, ticket activity, etc.).
What we don't collect
We don't store the contents of regular conversations, DMs, or messages outside of what's directly relevant to a moderation case or a ticket transcript you've configured.
How we use it
Data is used solely to provide and improve the bot service you've subscribed to. We never sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. See Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Your rights
You can request a full export of your data, or have it deleted, at any time by emailing kojinstudios@gmail.com.
