We collect information needed to provide and bill for our bots: your Discord server ID(s), email address (for Stripe receipts and support), and payment information processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details; Stripe handles all payment data.

2. How We Use It

We use this data to activate and manage your bot subscription, send transactional emails, respond to support requests, and improve our services. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

3. Third Parties

Stripe processes payments and stores billing data under their privacy policy. Discord is used for OAuth (server selection) when you choose "Login with Discord." We only share what is necessary for these services to function.

4. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data. Access to subscription and server data is limited and used only for providing and supporting our bots.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us at kojinstudios@gmail.com. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Stripe's billing portal.
