Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using any KojinBots service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Premium plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal; your bot will keep working until the end of your current billing period.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use KojinBots to break Discord's Terms of Service, harass other users, distribute illegal content, or interfere with the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
4. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and outages outside our control may occur.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. KojinStudios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
