1. Acceptance

By using KojinStudios bots and the bots.kojinstudios.com website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Subscriptions

Bot subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your Stripe billing portal or by contacting us. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

3. Use of Bots

You may use our bots only in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and our guidelines. Misuse, abuse, or use to harass, spam, or harm others may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

4. Modifications

We may update bot features, pricing, or these terms with reasonable notice where practical. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our bots or this site.
