Managing your subscription
All billing runs through Stripe. Visit your Stripe customer portal (link in your purchase confirmation email) to update payment methods, change plans, or cancel.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime — your bot keeps full functionality until the end of the current billing period. After that, premium features lock and the bot falls back to its free tier (basic commands stay available).
Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund window on first-time purchases. Email kojinstudios@gmail.com with your order ID and we'll handle it within 24 hours.
Bundle upgrades
Already subscribed to a single bot? Switch to the Complete Bundle anytime — Stripe pro-rates the difference automatically. Just reach out in Discord and we'll move you over.
